I am a consultant specialising in educational leadership. Based in London, and working across the UK and internationally, I bring a wealth of experience drawn from my work as a linguist, senior leader school improvement advisor, and inspector.
As a qualified Master NLP practitioner and coach I recognise the need to work at every level in a school and its community. I focus on positive engagement of all the individuals I work with or provide training for. I recognise the complexity of engaging every individual in their learning which is why my work stretches out to teachers, students, parents and the community in order to promote educational progress that is both stimulating and enjoyable.

What I do
I offer a ground-breaking service to schools, families and communities to ensure that every individual achieves their ultimate potential.
I work with Head Teachers, and other school leaders, supporting with strategic understanding, planning and delivery. I enable leaders to develop effective team leadership and collaborative skills. My work is tailored to the individual characteristics of each school, Leader or Team.
I achieve this by:
